We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join this dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.) to manufacture precision components. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve manufacturing processes.
