Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
Due to increased demand within the department, our client now has a requirement for a CNC Turner Programmer Setter Operator.
365 Resourcing are the preferred supplier working on behalf of Mazak.
Job Description:
* Programming, setting & operating Mazak Integrex & QT machines.
* Producing a wide & varied range of high tolerance parts which are used in the manufacture of Mazak CNC machines.
* Understand Mazatrol CNC controls & be able to program/edit/improve existing & new parts.
* Work within a team of fellow engineers to strict health & safety guidelines & rules.
* Play your part in promoting positive culture amongst staff by engaging in H&S improvements & kaizen initiatives.
Essential Criteria
* Have a solid understanding of programming & operating CNC controlled lathes.
* Can demonstrate & have experience of safely using CNC controls.
* Have a can-do attitude.
* Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment.
Desirable Criteria
* Program from drawing Mazatrol CNC controls.
* Would have served a mechanical engineering apprenticeship/HNC etc.
