The Role

My client are expanding their team and are looking to hire a skilled CNC Turner. You will be adopting their right first time philosophy, being expected to achieve high standards of quality, with a focus on the continual improvement of working processes.

Main Responsibilities

Set up tools onto CNC Machines

Load materials onto CNC Machines.

Measure components, through the use of measuring instruments (verniers, calipers, gauges, micrometers.

Engage with continuous improvement initiatives.

Completion of traceability and quality documentation.

CNC Turner

The Candidate

Time served precision engineer (or equivalent).

Experience on CNC Turning machinery.

CNC controls Mazak, Fanuc, Okuma (ideally).

Must be able to set up, operate and adjust CNC machines.

Some milling experience would be preferred.

Prior experience of working with stainless steels. xbpsjku

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
