The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Metallic Machinist (Turner) to join our dedicated manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-precision components using CNC turning equipment, supporting both prototype and low-volume production in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities: Produce components efficiently and cost-effectively, minimising lead times while ensuring high standards of quality. Collaborate with Toolpath Programming (TPP) to resolve machining challenges and optimise job setup or runtimes. Liaise proactively with machinists and teams across the business to implement best practices. Conduct thorough first-off inspections and monitor batch quality. Accurately record production data using Data Collection Software. Ensure effective handovers between shifts through clear, written, and verbal communication.
