Remote Technical Support Agent– Automotive Systems Location: Denham Hours: Monday–Friday 08:15–17:15, plus some Saturdays (shift system) Hourly Rate: £16–£18 per hour (depending on experience) About the Role Our client is partnering with a leading windscreen replacement service to deliver expert remote support for advanced driver assistance systems. As a Remote Technical Support Specialist , you will help ensure vehicle forward-facing cameras are correctly calibrated after windscreen replacement. Your work enables systems like lane-keeping assist, speed sign recognition, and emergency braking to function safely. This is a computer-based, remote role —you do not need to be a qualified vehicle technician. A general interest or basic understanding of vehicles is helpful, but your main focus will be providing technical and customer support via remote connection tools.
