The Role:
We're seeking a confident and charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
Exceed guest expectations by serving food and drink with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, accommodating approach
Greet members and guests with friendliness and professionalism, creating a strong first impression
Accurately take and process food and drink orders in all service areas in line with company standards
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming lounge area
Accurately process payments in line with company procedures
Be proactive and hands-on during shifts, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to ensure efficient service delivery
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
