Job Description

Project Manager - COINS\n£635 per day | Outside IR35 | Birmingham (Hybrid)\n\nWe’re supporting a well-established housebuilder / construction organisation undertaking a COINS ERP upgrade and are looking to engage an experienced COINS Project Manager to lead delivery.\n\nThis is a senior contract role, responsible for managing a complex ERP upgrade programme, coordinating internal IT teams and third-party suppliers, and ensuring minimal disruption to business-critical operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end delivery of a COINS ERP upgrade, covering planning, execution, testing, and go-live.\nManage delivery across applications and/or infrastructure workstreams.\nCoordinate system integrations, data migration, and environment readiness.\nEngage senior stakeholders across IT, finance, commercial, and construction teams.\nOwn RAID, governance, and reporting through the full project lifecycle.\nManage third-party vendors and system partners.\nRequired Experience\n\nProven experience delivering COINS ERP projects, ideally upgrades.\nStrong project management background within construction or housebuilding environments.\nExperience working across applications, ERP, or infrastructure programmes.\nConfident stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.\nComfortable operating in environments with mixed delivery maturity.\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with COINS ERP+ or related modules.\nBackground delivering ERP change within UK housebuilders or Tier 1 contractors.\nExposure to data integration, testing, or cutover planning.\nContract Details\n\nRate: £635 per day\nStatus: Outside IR35\nLocation: High Wycombe (hybrid working)\nStart: March 2026 - 3 month contract (possible 3 month extension)
