This is a customer-focused role centred around credit control, debt collection and relationship management.The RoleYoull manage a portfolio of accounts, working closely with customers and internal teams to reduce overdue balances, minimise losses and support the growth of the credit programme.Key responsibilitiesManage delinquent accounts and resolve outstanding balancesConfidently handle difficult phone conversations with customersNegotiate partial and extended payment arrangementsBuild strong relationships with field and sales teamsTrack performance, provide forecasts and support monthly planningPromote and support credit programmes across the businessWhat Were Looking ForExperience in Credit Control / Debt Collections (Financial Services or similar)Confident communicator with strong negotiation skillsOrganised and able to manage multiple accountsSelf-motivated, positive and results-drivenGood IT skills including Microsoft OfficeQualifications: 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) or 24 years relevant experienceJBRP1_UKTJ
