Office-based in Slough £27k Key responsibilities: Responsible for high volume outbound and inbound calls Negotiate payments, arrangements and arrears management on all inbound and outbound calls Bringing arrears accounts up to date Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to the customer, offering them all relevant information to allow them to understand any options available to them Undertake all collections activities in accordance with the required regulations; ensure treating customers fairly, in line with company policies and guidelines Key skills: Previous experience within a collections or credit control role within a call centre preferred Educated to A Level Standard or equivalent Intermediate Excel and Word Be available to take a long term temporary role with a view to becoming permanent Be able to commute to Slough Experience in the automotive or consumer finance industry a plus Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currentl...
