KeyResponsibilities:
- ClientService&Administration
- Handlenewbusiness,renewals,mid-termadjustments,claims,andqueries.
- Issuecovernotes,arrangepremiumfinancing,andensureaccuratedocumentation.
- InsurerLiaison
- Marketrenewals,obtainquotations,andnegotiatetermswithinsurers.
- Ensuretimelycommunicationwithinsurersandclients.
- Compliance
- FollowFCAregulationsandcompanyprocedures.
- Usechecklistsandcompliancemanualstodemonstrateadherence.
- BusinessDevelopment
- Identifycross-sellingopportunitiesandgapsincover.
- Attendpre-renewalstrategymeetingsandcontributetoclientretentionplans.
Skills&Competencies:
- Strongknowledgeofcommercialinsuranceproducts(property,liability,motorfleet,etc.).
- Excellentcommunicationandrelationship-buildingskills.
- Attentiontodetailandabilitytomanagemultipleclientaccounts.
