You will act as a finance partner to key business functions and stakeholders, providing meaningful insight that directly influences decision-making and drives performance.Key Responsibilities:Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision-makingLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processesProvide clear, actionable performance reporting and commentaryIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performanceSupport and challenge stakeholders through robust financial modelling and analysisDevelop and monitor KPI frameworks to drive accountability and performanceContribute to business cases, investment appraisals, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout You:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or newly qualifiedProven experience in a Commercial Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or FP&A roleStrong partnering skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholdersCommercially astute with a proactive and analytical mindsetConfident communicator, able to translate complex financial data into clear insightsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamFor further information, please contact Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan at Campbell Grove Talent.JBRP1_UKTJ
