Job Title: Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer (Temp-to-Perm) Location: North Devon Salary: Competitive (DOE) + Van + Overtime Job Type: Temporary to Permanent About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team in Bristol on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for long-term stability after an initial contract period. You will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems across various sites. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on commercial AC systems (VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, chillers) * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Diagnose and repair breakdowns efficiently * Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations * Complete service reports and documentation accurately * Provide excellent customer service on-site Requirements * Proven experience as a Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer * F-Gas qualification (essential) * NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
