Our client is a leading global brand and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new Commercial Analytics and Data Insights Executive appointment. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders across the commercial team to analyse buying data, identifying trends, and providing customer insights to optimize e-commerce trading.

* Business, Economics, finance, maths degree

* Experience in a brand UK sales / ecommerce environment B2B & B2C

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Analysing data from websites sales and customer feedback

* Commercial pricing – manage real time / amended / competitive advantage

* Identify trends and insights related to customer behaviour

* Analysing marketing product performance

* Provide marketing sales reports and KPIs identifying areas for improvement and trends

* Conduct market research and competitor brand analysis

* Coordinate with Marketing teams to develop and pricing strategies for promotional activities

* Maximize sales and profitability.

* Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations

* Define and implement service management processes and measures
