About the Job
Creation Technology is seeking an experienced Commercial Bid Manager to join our team in Chiswick, West London. As a growing business, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded professional to help us expand our client base and strengthen partnerships.
As a key member of the Sales Team, the Commercial Bid Manager will lead the end-to-end proposal process for our Salesforce Education Cloud projects. Working within a high-growth Salesforce Partner organisation, this role ensures that all bids and tenders are strategically positioned, compliant, and compelling, showcasing the value of Salesforce solutions in enabling transformation across universities and business schools.

Responsibilities
Maintain a repository of high-quality Master Tender Responses
Manage the full lifecycle of bids and tenders for Education Cloud opportunities, from qualification through submission and post-bid review.
Understand Creation’s Show & Tell Orgs to be able to align functionality with requirements in the tender response
Manage the process of creating Scope of Works for non-tender customers
Maintain and evolve a content library of reusable responses, case studies, and best practices specific to Salesforce Education Cloud.
Maintain details of Contracts.
Support the Sales & Marketing team with presentation materials and executive summaries for client pitches.
Experience Required
Track record of managing successful bids.
Excellent working under pressure and the ability to meet deadlines without fail.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions in business-focused .
A good understanding of Salesforce is desirable.
Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
