Commercial Carpenter (Multi-Trader)
Coventry, West Midlands
Up to £22.00 per hour dep. on experience (equivalent to £45,000 + per annum)
PAYE PERMANENT POSITION - (No contractors or self-employed positions available)
A well-established and successful facilities management company based in Coventry are currently looking for a commercially-experienced and multi-skilled Carpenter to join their team on a permanent basis.
Qualifications & Experience required:
* Minimum of an NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 Carpentry qualification is essential
* Clean UK Driving Licence is required
* CSCS Card
* Commercial Carpentry experience is essential - ideally from a property maintenance or facilities management setting but similar commercial maintenance or fit-out work would also be considered
* Experience of carrying out a variety of multi-skilled maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and installations including plumbing, fabric maintenance, basic electrical jobs, painting & decorating etc. will be required
Duties will include:
* Travelling to commercial sites including schools, hospitals, leisure facilities, care homes, retail outlets, offices and workplaces across the wider Midlands region and sometimes UK wide when required
