Commerical Contract Manager/QS ASAP Start Duration : Currently until end of September 2026, Likely to extend or TTP Outside IR35 £(Apply online only) Per day Location : Newcastle Upon Tyne ,UK- Hybrid 3 days per week in office 15% Travel may be required for meetings/Site , this expense would be covered.
Job Description
Your profile * Experience in Quantity Surveying / Contract Management and/or commercial project management / business administration * Knowledge and familiarity with a variety of Construction and Engineering Forms of Contract; in particular extensive experience with the NEC Contract, FIDIC * Experience in project budgeting, financial management of risk, opportunities and claims * Chartered Quantity Surveyor would be advantageous (RICS / CICES) * Competent in Claim Management * Commercially Competent including understanding the principles of contract law * Competent in working collaboratively and cooperatively with the project * Competent negotiator
