We are proud to be partnering with a leading European organisation, seeking interim legal support within the newspaper and magazine distribution division of their fast-paced business.

A Commercial Contracts Lawyer is sought on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead contract renewals and negotiations with major partners in the distribution and publishing sector.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial contracts.
• Strong contract renewal and negotiation experience.
• Ideally, possess experience with newspapers, magazines, or related distribution contracts.
• Available to start within 4 weeks.
• Able to work hybrid, 1-2 days per week in central London.
