Prepare, assess, and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Provide legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual matters, including identifying potential risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and mitigating legal exposure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives, negotiate favourable terms, and resolve contract-related disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

2 to 10 years PQE in-house legal experience (directly, or as a secondee) Openness to part-time or full-time roles. Good academic credentials and post-qualification experience. Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills. Right to work in the UK and be eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK. Proficiency in additional European languages (at a business working level) is highly desirable, in addition to fluency in English.
