Commercial property sales and acquisitions
Drafting and negotiating leases and contracts
Preparing and reviewing ancillary documents
Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
Supporting transactions from instruction through to completion

You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive and collaborative team, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

About You

Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years PQE) or experienced fee earner
Experience in commercial or residential conveyancing
Keen interest in developing a career in commercial property
Able to manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
Strong communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
