Your Role
You will be joining a team of experienced, positive, and proactive individuals who are dedicated to helping Great Britains businesses grow, stimulating the UK economy, and strengthening our nation. We achieve this by helping businesses access and win government contracts worth millions of pounds, that they may otherwise miss out on.
As Commercial Data & Prospecting Executive reporting to the Sales Leadership team your objective is to analyse existing, and manually source new, prospect data to determine the prospects need for government contracts, and our services, and to organise engagement calls that ultimately lead to qualified appointments and thus new clients for Neuven Consult.
Your day will include a combination of data cleansing and ideal prospect identification within our CRM, new data acquisition via manual search as well as building relationships with data brokers, doing initial outreach via email, social, and also some cold calling, pre-qualifying businesses for our services, setting engagement calls for the sales manager, maintaining our database/CRM, as well as managing your own activity levels, prospect and marketing activities, sales support and organisational responsibilities.

What You Can Expect from Us
This is a new sales department being built from the ground up, and that means lots of opportunity. Our aim is to recruit several people over the next 12 months, and as revenues and the business develops further, so will the need for new roles and internal promotions.
This role comes with a £26,600 basic with a performance-based capped commission incentive, which will develop as the business and team grows, and headroom to develop and grow within the business. What We Expect From You
Data sourcing and/or research experience
Outbound (cold calling) experience desirable
B2B experience ideally
Trustworthy enough to deliver role responsibilities in a predominantly remote setting.
Motivated and passionate, aiming to deliver target as a bare minimum.
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
Exemplary IT skills.
Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work as part of a team.
