Parkinson|Lee Executive Search are partnered with Global Manufacturing firm, Fenner Precision Polymers, in the search for a Commercial Director for their Air & Fluid Handling division.
A Michelin Group Company – backed by 100 years of manufacturing, technical, and commercial expertise. The Air and Fluid Handling division delivers high-performance engineered solutions that move, control, and protect critical air and fluid systems, helping industrial customers operate with greater efficiency, reliability, and safety.
As part of their growth strategy, Fenner are now looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Commercial Director to take accountability for driving profitable growth, innovation, and people development .
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping business strategy, developing high-performing teams, and delivering sustained success.
What you'll be doing:
Full P&L accountability for your business line, identifying and delivering new product and market opportunities
Drive marketing and sales excellence, including effective use of CRM tools to optimise funnels, lead conversion, and customer engagement
Lead pricing strategy to maximise value and profitability
Partner closely with R&D to ensure a steady flow of innovation and new product development
Identify adjacent markets and opportunities for expansion
Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of empowerment, inclusion, and growth
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in Fluid Handling products is essential
Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
Proven progressive commercial leadership experience, in a senior people leadership role
Proven track record in P&L management, business development, and pricing strategy
Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI and CRM systems
A confident change leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Global mindset and experience working across diverse teams and cultures
Travel requirement: Approximately 50%. Office based, Lincoln
