What this role demands

Degree‑educated in Quantity Surveying or a closely aligned discipline, you will be a construction industry Commercial Director with the professional credibility to influence and advise at board level.

Extensive commercial and cost management leadership across multiple concurrent construction or infrastructure projects, ideally within a manufacturing, engineered‑product, or specialist systems environment.

Proven ability to design and optimise commercial frameworks,as the Commercial Director you will drive margin performance, and embed commercial discipline across project delivery teams.

A strategic relationship‑builder, as the Commercial Director you will need to be confident and engaging with major contractors, supply chain partners, regulators, and your internal team.
