Job Description
Commercial Director/CEO (Radar/Sonar/Defence) \n\nYou will need to be based in North West England and able to commute to Liverpool daily\n\nSalary upwards of £100,000 + Profit Related Pay OTE of circa £200,000 + Start Up Opportunity with Share Options + Pension + Benefits \n\nDo you have proven Commercial/Sales Leadership experience ideally with a background in radar, sonar for defence or other relevant high-security industries looking for a unique prospect to run an already established business with the support of an experienced and knowledgeable Board? \n\nOn offer is a rare and completely unique position where you will shape and deliver its strategic direction. You'll have the freedom to lead the business, drive commercial success, and unlock new opportunities across the market.\n\nThis innovative and forward thinking company have clear growth plans and they are looking for a CEO to lead and run the business driving future growth.\n\nThis role would suit someone who already has experience at CEO level or an advanced and proven Commercial Sales driven Leader looking for a one off opportunity with long term potential.
