Commercial Finance Business Partner\n\n Central Manchester – Hybrid\n Salary: Up to £55,000\n\n Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a market-leading, service-based business to appoint a Commercial Finance Business Partner on a permanent, full-time basis.\n\n This role is designed for a commercially focused finance professional who thrives on partnering closely with Marketing and Product teams, using financial insight to influence decisions around product performance, customer adoption, and lifecycle profitability.\n\n The Opportunity\n\n Sitting at the centre of the business, this role works closely with key internal teams including Sales and Marketing. You’ll turn data into insight, support commercial decision-making, and help shape performance across pricing, planning, and wider strategy.\n\n Rather than a traditional FP&A remit, this role focuses on translating customer, product and commercial data into actionable insight that shapes strategy, investment and go-to-market decisions.\n\n Key Responsibilities\n\nPartner with Marketing and Product teams to provide financial insight on product performance, customer adoption and lifecycle profitability\nAnalyse and track product and customer profitability, supporting decisions on investment, prioritisation and optimisation\nProvide commercial insight to support pricing strategy, promotional activity and sales effectiveness\nBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate commercial initiatives, product changes and growth opportunities\nUse CRM and commercial data to understand customer behaviour, conversion, retention and value\nChallenge and influence stakeholders through clear, data-led recommendations\nPresent concise commercial insights to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making\nAbout You\n\nProven experience in a commercial finance or business partnering role, ideally with exposure to Marketing and/or Product teams\nStrong analytical capability, with the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insight\nExperience influencing non-finance stakeholders and shaping decisions through financial understanding\nSolid understanding of product economics, customer lifecycle, or go-to-market activity (rather than pure reporting)\nComfortable working with CRM and commercial systems (e.g. HubSpot, Dynamics, Xero or similar)\nCommercially curious, proactive, and confident operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nWhy Apply?\n\n This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond traditional finance reporting and play a visible, influential role in shaping how products are developed, marketed and commercialised.\n\n For more information or to apply, please contact Charlotte at Axon Moore on (url removed)
