This is a high-impact, commercially focused role, sitting at the heart of operations and partnering closely with the leadership team. You’ll be the go-to person for cost transparency, financial insight, and performance improvement, helping to shape decisions across production, supply chain, and investment planning.

Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive efficiency and margin improvement
Support investment decisions through robust financial modelling and project evaluation
Manage month-end, inventory valuation, and material cost controls
Champion continuous improvement, automation, and better use of data across finance and operations
About You:

Strong background in cost control, budgeting, and operational finance
Confident working cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments
Comfortable balancing hands‑on financial control with strategic analysis
Proactive, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes
Package:
Private healthcare, pension, and life assurance
25 days holiday
Hybrid working (2–3 days on‑site)
