Commercial Finance Manager

We’re working with a leading real estate business with a global footprint, known for its high-performing data centre assets. As the company continues to scale across Europe and key international markets, they are seeking a commercially astute Commercial Finance Manager to join their London-based team.

This is a high-impact role offering exposure to strategic planning, complex modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with data centre and asset management teams. The business is undergoing significant digital transformation to help drive smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead internal reporting across a diverse property portfolio

Build and maintain complex Excel models for forecasting and investment analysis

Partner with data centre and operational teams to drive performance

Support strategic planning, board reporting, and commercial decision-making

Ensure data integrity across financial systems and support system upgrades

Candidate Profile

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE

Advanced Excel modelling skills; comfortable with large, complex datasets

Strong communicator with proven stakeholder management experience

Systems literate across MRI, OneStream, and Anaplan

Background in property, infrastructure, or asset-heavy industries
