This role owns the weekly and monthly trading rhythm for Dine In, delivering insight that connects performance drivers (Sales, Transactions, AOV, Mix) to profitability outcomes. The role also builds robust business cases for promotions and loyalty initiatives and supports pricing and channel profitability analysis across the wider business.A key focus is balancing customer competitiveness with sustainable profitability, improving franchisee economics while supporting delivery of internal IOM targets.
