Commercial/Financial Accountant Our client an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business who are looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results orientated candidate to take the lead for this Commercial Finance Accountant role working closely with the wider management team and operational staff. You ideally will have worked in Property maintenance, Building Management or Facilities management. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate management accounts, supporting key business decisions, and driving continuous improvement across processes. Close liaison with external clients and all department internally Tracking, reporting and management of all costings Sales and overhead forecasting Day to day running the company finances - day to day accounts Payment processing Credit management, invoicing, cash collection Balancing, management of banking Preparation and presentation of monthly/annual accounts
