An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join our client, a well-established and growing Building Services provider.

This is a mobile role covering multiple commercial sites, offering long-term stability and excellent earning potential.
Location: Mobile covering the South East Ideal candidate location: Kent You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of commercial premises, ensuring all gas and mechanical systems remain fully operational and compliant.
Travel between sites is incorporated into the working day.
Daily Responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works on commercial boilers, heating systems, pumps, valves and associated plant Servicing commercial gas plant and plant room equipment Fault finding, isolation and rectification of gas and mechanical issues Testing, purging and commissioning in line with Gas Safe regulations Attending breakdowns, repairs and emergency callouts Supporting minor installation works, upgrades and refurbishments when required Maintaining accurate service reports and gas safety documentation Ensuring the highest health & safety standards are always adopted Providing professional updates and technical advice to clients on site Essential Requirements: Valid Commercial Gas qualifications including COCN1, CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A (or equivalent) Commercial Catering Gas qualifications (CODC1, COMCAT1, COMCAT2, COMCAT3, COMCAT) desirable Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1) desirable Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial boilers and heating systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team Good communication and IT skills for job reporting systems The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am
- 5pm (40-hour week), with participation in an agreed out-of-hours call-out rota.
Flexibility is required to ensure essential services remain operational.
You will need to demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a flexible approach to meet operational demands across multiple sites. xbpsjku
Package on Offer: £45,000
