Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintain, and repair commercial gas appliances and associated pipework
Conduct gas testing, purging, and full safety compliance checks
Respond to reactive breakdowns and complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules
Ensure full compliance with current gas safety legislation and company procedures
Carry out general building maintenance tasks as required across retail sites
Maintain accurate service records, certification, and reporting documentation
