Urgently Required Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer OTE £50-55K\n\nMy client is a provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical solutions incorporating both maintenance & projects.\n\nA Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs to commercial gas heating systems i.e. boilers, gas fired heating, LPHW & radiant/plaque as well as a 'first-look' at HVAC systems i.e. AHU/FCU within a variety of client environments to include (not limited to) commercial offices, corporate buildings & retail environments located throughout the Greater Manvhester area.
\n\nEssential Candidate Requirements & Additional Information\n\nCommercial ACS Gas: COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1 TPCP1a\n£45,000 salary\nPossess strong servicing, fault finding and repair skills\nPossess a sound knowledge and understanding of commercial gas & heating systems\nA basic knowledge and appreciation of HVAC & general building services maintenance\nExperienced in performing PPM to commercial gas heating systems within commercial, corporate, education and leisure & retail environments\nDriving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points) \nAdditional Information\n\nCompany Van i.e. Ford Connect (Reasonable personal use permitted)\nCall-out rota 1 - 6\nCall-out runs from Friday - Friday\nCall-out paid at £70 a week\nMonday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30 with a 30-minute lunch break Friday 08:00 to 15:30\nOvertime - Saturday after 12.00 and Sunday & Bank/Public Holidays is double time.\n25 days holiday + stat days + Birthday\nPension - contribution 3%\nOther benefits included
