Sustainable and Community-Focused OperationsOperating from a sustainably refurbished headquarters, their projects often include refurbishment and regeneration initiatives that benefit local communities.Key ResponsibilitiesTo have detailed knowledge and experience of commercial boilers, associated plant and equipment to manufacturer's installation, servicing requirements and instructionsTo be proficient in carrying out full commissioning of gas heating boilers and associated controls on completion of installation, reactive or servicing worksTo be able to demonstrate and have a good general fault finding/diagnostic skill and the ability to carry out necessary repairs/replacement of defective parts etc. for both commercial heating and hot water systems.To be competent of draining down and re-filling of heating system/s in order to remove and replace defective/leaking plant and associated equipment.To ensure that all work carried out complies with the relevant sections of the ‘Health and Safety at Work Act' (risk assessment, asbestos awareness etc.)To carry out on a rota basis (if required) out-of-hours emergency call outsAny other duties as reasonably requestedQUALIFICATIONSCOCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1 TPCP1AFull UK driving licenceCSCS card and asbestos awarenessStrong diagnostic and breakdown skillsExperience with full heating systems, including radiators and pipeworkMust live within the North London areaSalary & Benefits£52,000 - £58,000 DOEMonday - Friday (8am-6pm)21 days holiday (increasing to 25 days with service), plus statutory holidaysAuto-enrolment pension schemeLife insuranceEmployee referral schemeCompany van, mobile phone, and uniform provided (note: private use of van is not permitted)Attractive overtime and out-of-hours call-out ratesStaff discount programmeIf you are interested in this role and would like more information please call Tom on 07908947467 ,alternatively you can apply within!JBRP1_UKTJ
