Due to rapid growth and ongoing success, we are excited to recruit a Gas Engineer to join one of our clients in the Coventry area, performing planned central heating installations and gas maintenance services for properties under our contract.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\nJob Title: Gas Engineer\n\nLocation: Coventry\n\nJob Type: Permanent\n\nWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm\n\nThe Customer:\n\nThe role is within the Facilities Management business unit, specifically Project Management & Property Services. \n\nTo be successful in this role, you will need to:\n\nPossess relevant qualifications: This includes Commercial Gas / (Safety) qualifications and experience with unvented hot water.

\n\nHave experience working with gas and combustion: You should have experience in domestic, industrial, and commercial settings. \n\nBe able to work in a reactive repair environment: This involves attending and resolving reactive repair works as assigned. \n\nDemonstrate excellent communication and comprehension skills: You should be able to understand written instructions and communicate effectively.

\n\nHold a full UK driving license: This is essential for the role. \n\nBe comfortable with fault diagnosis and repairs: You will be expected to diagnose and repair issues within your trade area. \n\nWhat We Are Looking For:\n\nTo be successful in this role, you must have:\n\nEssential Criteria:\n\nGAS Safe Registration\n\nCCN1, CEN1 (current gas accreditations)\n\nFull UK Driving License\n\nCity & Guilds Craft/Advanced Craft Certificate in Heating Engineering and/or Plumbing, or NVQ certificationBenefits:\n\nAs a Gas Engineer, you will receive:\n\nCompany van and fuel card for work use\n\nPPE provided\n\nOvertime and call-outs available\n\nIf Interested, please apply with your up to date CV and Shannen will be in touch
