- (Door-to-Door Pay) Location: Mobile (Covering Kent, Surrey & Sussex) Salary: £52,000
- £55,000 Door-to-Door Pay (OTE £65k) Position: Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity Join a leading Kent-based HVAC specialist with a long reputation for excellence.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to manage the service, maintenance, and breakdown of plant room equipment across high-profile sites including universities, hospitals, and large-scale residential energy centers.

The Perks Earnings: Competitive base salary with Door-to-Door travel pay and high overtime availability.

Work-Life Balance: Regional patch is largely Kent with occassional visits to Surrey /Sussex if needed- no trekking into Central London.

Premium Kit: Air-conditioned van (private use available), high-end testing equipment, and a dedicated mobile tablet for reporting.

Stability: Long-term contracts and a secure pipeline of work for 2026 and beyond.

What Youll Need Qualifications: Valid ACS Commercial Gas tickets (COCN1/CODNCO1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1).

Experience: Proven background in servicing and fault-finding on large commercial boilers and plant room components.

Mindset: Comfortable working as a mobile/lone-worker with a proactive approach to safety.
