This pivotal role also includes becoming the Gas Manager for the domestic gas division. The successful candidate will transition from being "on the tools" to "off the tools," building and leading a team to enhance our service capabilities. Day-to-day of the role: Advise the company and staff on regulatory boundaries and liaise with regulators as needed. Assist the HR director in recruiting new commercial and domestic engineers. Design and implement a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training plan for all gas staff. Conduct site visits to complete audits on live works, ensuring compliance and quality control.
