Commercial Gas Engineer – Mayfair (3-mile radius)
Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 per annum
Package: Company van + fuel/charge card
Call outs: 1 in 4 rota
Standby: £150 standby fee + minimum 4 hours paid
Overtime: 1.5x & 2x rates

The Role
We're recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, supporting high-end commercial properties in and around Mayfair. You'll work within a tight 3-mile radius, responding to PPM and reactive maintenance across prestigious commercial sites, luxury offices, retail, and hospitality venues.

Duties include:

  • PPM and reactive works on commercial boilers and heating systems

  • Fault finding, repairs and replacement of parts/components

  • Minor plumbing works when required

  • Completion of gas safety certification and compliance documentation

  • Working collaboratively with helpdesk & clients to deliver excellent service

  • Participation on a 1-in-4 call-out rota

Requirements:

  • Commercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CCN1 + relevant modules)

  • Experience working on commercial heating systems

  • Strong diagnosis and fault-finding skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Right to work in the UK

Package/Benefits:
