Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join us on our upward journey.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team. This role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems across a variety of commercial sites. The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications and have a strong understanding of compliance and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas appliances such as boilers, heaters, and burners.Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.Ensure all work complies with current legislation and safety standards.Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.Liaise with clients and provide technical advice and updates.Participate in on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns.Required Qualifications & Certifications (UK)Commercial GasACS Commercial Gas Qualifications, including:COCN1 Core Commercial Gas SafetyCDGA1 Direct Fired Heating AppliancesCIGA1 Indirect Fired Heating AppliancesTPCP1A Testing and PurgingGas Safe Registration must be current and valid.GeneralCSCS Card desirable.Full UK Driving Licence essential.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 35 years experience in commercial gas engineering.Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Good understanding of UK compliance and safety regulations.Package & BenefitsCompetitive basic Salary£155 a week Stand by rate.25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany van with private usage optionFuel CardTravel time paid door to door.Overtime paid at time and a half.Uniform & PPEPensionWorking hours Monday Friday 8am 5pmSpecialist tools provided.
