Commercial Gas Engineer required to join a class leading Boiler Manufacturer. to £47k plus fantastic benefits package, to be based in the Northampton and surrounding area. No Call out. Our client has been established for 60+ years and is a leading Manufacturer of Steam and Electrical Boilers covering the UK and Europe. Due to a member of staff retiring and ongoing contract awards they are now looking for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer who ideally has a background with Steam Boilers in an Industrial environment, preferably with some Electrical and controls capabilities. Type of sites Covering a number of industrial sites such as Hospitals, Large Commercial Buildings, Pharmaceutical and food manufacturers to name but a few. Location The majority of the work will be in surrounding Northampton area, all generally within an hours travel of the Engineers base. Requirements Experienced Commercial Gas Engineer / Industrial ideally with some Steam Boiler background having worked in similar environments. Experience in fault finding, strip downs, re-builds, maintenance and commissioning of Boiler systems to 1.5Mw. Some familarity with manufacturers such as Weishaupt, Cochrane, Byworth etc beneficial although full training will be offered on own brand.
