Commercial Gas / HVAC Engineer - Leicester \n\nSalary: £47,752.38 paid travel time, overtime, call out, 33 days holiday, pension & excellent benefits - including private health care, life insurance \n\nHours: 45 hours a week - Monday to Friday \nStandby / Call Out: 1 in 6 \nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Engineer (gas bias) to join one of the country's leading facilities management companies working in the South London Region. \n\nThe role will involve traveling around the South London Region servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems as well as some air conditioning and other associated HVAC plant. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a number of sites.\nYou will be the first line in all maintenance throughout your allocated sites.\nEnsuring that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.\nService and repair a range of mechanical equipment, e.g.
