Key Responsibilities:

Manage commercial policy servicing, renewals, and address client inquiries.

Prepare and issue accurate insurance documentation.

Work closely with insurers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms.

Maintain client records and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Assist Account Executives with proposals and ongoing account management.

The ideal candidate will have:

Solid experience in handling commercial insurance policies.

In-depth understanding of FCA regulations and insurance compliance.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities.
