Must haves
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
- Experience working in a similar insurance or broking role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to adapt to different client requirements with patience and understanding
What will you be doing?
- Negotiating renewal and new business terms with insurers and clients
- Communicating clearly with both clients and insurance underwriters
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers
- Supporting clients with their commercial insurance requirements
- Delivering a professional and responsive service throughout the insurance process
