Must haves
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
  • Experience working in a similar insurance or broking role
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Ability to adapt to different client requirements with patience and understanding

What will you be doing?
  • Negotiating renewal and new business terms with insurers and clients
  • Communicating clearly with both clients and insurance underwriters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers
  • Supporting clients with their commercial insurance requirements
  • Delivering a professional and responsive service throughout the insurance process
