We’re now looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who wants more than just a job—someone who wants to develop, be trusted with responsibility, and make a real impact.
The Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you’ll be a key part of our Commercial team, managing and developing a portfolio of commercial clients across risks including Property Owners and Commercial Combined.
You’ll work closely with experienced senior leaders who genuinely want to see you succeed. You’ll be encouraged to grow your book, identify cross-selling and referral opportunities, and build long-term client relationships based on trust and understanding—not transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow and develop a portfolio of commercial clients through new business and renewals
• Handle new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
• Take the time to understand clients’ businesses, risks, and future plans
• Liaise with underwriters to secure competitive, tailored solutions
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value
• Manage your workload effectively to ensure regulatory compliance at all times
About You
You’re customer-focused, commercially minded, and motivated to succeed. You enjoy building relationships, take pride in delivering excellent service, and want to continue developing your career in a supportive, ambitious environment.
You’ll bring:
• Experience selling and/or handling Commercial Combined, Property, and Liability risks
• Experience dealing with commercial clients
• A strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and systems confidently
