Essential: Comprehensive understanding of the employee benefits market, including Private Medical Insurance, Group Risk, and Business Protection Familiarity with insurance market practices, key providers, and their products Strong knowledge of compliance requirements under the FCA Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, insurer portals, broker systems, and accounts/credit control functions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet team and business needs Problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills Resilience and initiative under pressure Desirable: Experience working with both SME and larger corporate clients Knowledge of Acturis administration systems Previous experience in broking or client advisory roles within Employee Benefits Key Attributes:
