This is an opportunity to work alongside market-leading lawyers on some of the most complex and high-value coverage and property damage matters. Complex coverage experience wanted You will join a specialist team handling high-profile coverage and liability disputes for major insurer clients. The work is intellectually challenging, often involving large-loss, multi-party claims with technical and strategic complexity. Alongside core coverage and liability work, there is also exposure to some subrogated recovery matters, offering a well-rounded and varied caseload. More about the work

Managing your own caseload (depending on experience) and supporting on major loss matters Advising on coverage, liability, quantum and litigation strategy Drafting detailed advice to insurer clients on complex issues Assisting partners on high-value and technically challenging claims Instructing counsel and experts Conducting investigations and analysing evidence Attending client meetings, mediations, and settlement discussions Drafting court documents and applications
