Must haves 35 years experience within the UK insurance sector Background in commercial insurance or a similar client-facing insurance role Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities Confidence generating leads through telephone and email outreach Experience managing and developing client relationships Full UK driving licence
Nice to haves Cert CII qualification or currently studying towards it Experience working in a high-volume outbound or call centre environment
The role Identifying and generating new commercial insurance opportunities Producing quotations and arranging meetings with prospective clients Growing new commercial and specialist scheme business Cross-selling additional insurance products to existing clients Completing annual client reviews where required Following up leads generated through website enquiries Working closely with broking teams and internal account handlers
Additional information Access to a large CRM prospect database Existing renewal pipeline to support new business generation External telemarketing support to assist with renewal data gathering Dedicated account handler support Monday to Friday, 9am
