Title: Property Damage Solicitor

Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

Join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Manchester is looking for an Associate Solicitor within its respected Commercial Insurance and Property Damage team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with around one year PQE who is looking to develop their expertise in complex insurance disputes within a team known for its quality work and strong career progression.

The Role:

As a Property Damage Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of insurance related disputes for a high profile client base. Your work will include subrogated recovery claims, product liability cases, first party and third party property damage matters and policy coverage disputes.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to team development, support senior colleagues on major cases and help maintain and strengthen long term client relationships.

About You:

You will be a Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of one year PQE and experience in property damage and insurance litigation. You will be a strong technical lawyer with good knowledge of coverage issues and liability disputes. You will be ambitious, proactive and keen to progress your career within a market leading team.
