£35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE dependent on performance) Company Car / Laptop / Mobile Phone / Commission on Own Projects
We're a company that designs and delivers commercial kitchens, working closely with clients to create practical, effective solutions. We support our team with strong leads and a focus on quality work.
In this role, you'll stay hands-on with design while also helping turn your ideas into real projects. You'll be responsible for your own designs and converting them into live jobs, with support from sales and project teams. Over time, you'll also build your own pipeline through repeat work and referrals.
This is a hybrid role combining design and sales responsibility, without involvement in project management or traditional business development.
Previous Experience Required
Proven experience designing commercial kitchens and food servery counters (Essential)
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Essential)
Experience working within a commercial kitchen design environment
Revit experience (Desirable) AutoQuotes experience (Desirable - full training provided)
Commercial awareness or interest in developing sales capability

Basic salary £35,000 (dependent on experience) + uncapped xbpsjku commission on own projects
