We’re currently partnering with a growing real estate operator to appoint a Commercial Lettings Manager to lead the lettings strategy across a diverse commercial portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role with responsibility for driving income, occupancy and asset performance, working closely with asset management and investment teams to shape and deliver leasing strategy.

You will take ownership of the commercial leasing function, leading on strategy, execution and team performance across office and mixed-use assets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver the leasing strategy across the portfolio

• Drive occupancy, rental growth and income performance

• Manage and mentor a lettings / leasing team

• Work closely with asset management to align leasing with business plans

• Build and manage relationships with agents, occupiers and key stakeholders

• Oversee lease negotiations, renewals and new lettings

• Provide market insight and positioning strategy across assets

We are keen to speak with:

• Proven leasing / lettings leadership experience within commercial or residential real estate

• Strong track record of driving occupancy and rental growth

• Experience working across office or mixed-use portfolios

• Commercially focused with the ability to influence asset strategy

• Strong network across agents and occupiers
