Overview Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, based in Birmingham, that is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Commercial & Private Client Litigation Department. Role: Commercial Litigation Associate Location: Birmingham - Legal 500 Firm PQE: 4–8 years in Commercial Litigation The Role:
Handle a wide variety of dispute resolution matters. This will include contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, intellectual property, defamation, fraud, procurement, partnership and shareholder disputes.
